EOD IS UserGroup is the official association of the countries and/or organisations that one way or the other are using EOD IS.
At this stage there are fourteen(14) nations/organisations as official members and another three (3) nations as candidates. Below a short introduction.

EOD IS World Member and Activities

Sweden and the Swedish Armed Forces is the first user of EOD IS (version 1.0 was in operation 1995). SWEDEC fill the role as permanent chairman of the EOD IS UserGroup.

Finland was the second country to adopt EOD IS and has used it since the spring of 2002.

United Kingdom signed the co-operation agreement (the document that gives a nation the right to use all EOD IS licenses) February 2004.

Germany signed the co-operation agreement May 2005.

Singapore signed the co-operation agreement May 2005.

Austria signed the co-operation agreement January 2006.

Denmark signed the co-operation agreement April 2006.

The Netherlands signed the co-operation agreement June 2006.

Belgium signed the co-operation agreement November 2006.

Slovakia signed the co-operation agreement October 2006.

NATO/ISAF signed the co-operation agreement July 2007.

Czech Republic signed the co-operation agreement October 2007.

France signed the co-operation agreement February 2009.

Switzerland signed t the co-operation agreement April 2009.

Ireland has been evaluating the system since 2008 and declared an intention to sign the co-operation agreement during 2009.

Luxembourg has shown interest in using the system parallel with Belgium.

Iceland has shown interest in using the system.
